What this website collects, where it goes, and how to ask us about it. Effective October 15, 2026.
The short version: this site sets no cookies and keeps no database. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send through the contact form or by email, and it goes to one inbox. Visit counts are aggregate and anonymous.
Phase III Solutions LLC ("Phase III Solutions", "we", "us") is a North Carolina limited liability company. This policy covers the website at www.phaseiiisolutions.com (the "site"). Questions about it go to Jason.Dixon@PhaseIIISolutions.com.
The contact page has a two-minute eligibility check. Nothing leaves your browser until you press send. When you do, we receive:
Anything you email us directly, or send through LinkedIn, we receive the same way; LinkedIn's own policy covers what happens on their side.
No advertising trackers, no cookie banner, nothing to accept or decline.
We do not sell personal information and do not add you to a mailing list. Any follow-up email from us about our services carries a way to stop further messages, and a reply saying "unsubscribe" works too.
The site itself stores nothing. A send from the contact form becomes one plain-text email, delivered by Resend (a transactional email service) to our Google Workspace mailbox, with your address as the reply-to. The services involved and their policies:
Links on the Opportunities page open the agencies' own portals (DoD DSIP, Grants.gov, SAM.gov), and the LinkedIn links open LinkedIn. Their policies apply once you are there.
Federal SBIR award records are public and include company contact details. We may use them to introduce ourselves to awardees. If you receive such a message and do not want another, reply "unsubscribe" and we stop.
Inquiry emails stay in our mailbox for as long as they are relevant to a conversation or a potential engagement, and are then deleted. Analytics exists only as aggregate counts. Resend and Vercel keep their own logs for the periods their policies describe.
Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We treat such requests the same way wherever you live. Because the site does not track visitors, browser "Do Not Track" and similar signals change nothing; there is nothing to switch off.
The site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security and standard security headers. The contact form has a spam guard that runs without third-party services. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send anything through the form that would harm you if disclosed; proprietary technical data belongs in a conversation under a signed agreement.
The site is for businesses and the people who run them. It is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new effective date. Material changes to what we collect would be noted here as well.
